Responsabilitati si Beneficii
To negotiate independently and to prepare various contracts within company's activity;
To advice and assist in all legal and administrative matters;
To advice and assist company's directors and employees in all legal matters related to the company's activity;
To keep, up-date and archive all legal documentation related to company's operation;
To coordinate external legal support (limited to curt cases and exceptionally to extraordinary tasks involving considerable legal problems).
